  • 1 tbsp butter

How to make it:
Fry the bacon in a pan, then crack the eggs and cook them in the bacon fat or a bit of butter. Ready in 6 minutes. Simple. Classic. Keto-approved.


🥑 2. Avocado Egg Boats

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt and pepper

How to make it:
Cut avocado in half, scoop out a bit more of the center, crack in the egg, and bake or microwave until the egg is set. It’s creamy, filling, and full of good fats.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of ham

  • 2 slices of cheese

  • 1 tbsp cream cheese

How to make it:
Spread cream cheese on ham, add the cheese slice, roll it up, and warm for 30 seconds in the microwave. Done!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil

How to make it:
